Especially when you try to explain something to a client and instead of listening, client starts to get kan cheong and jump to conclusion – on 2nd thoughts, I think I should’ve just kept my mouth shut and not try to be transparent …… Anyway I guess cool down 1st and follow up with the email (if you try to be too nice and find ways to sugar-coat your words in order to ‘soften’ the blow, chances are the situation will blow up even worse in your face) ……..
