Some Leaders Need To Read This

Came across some articles on sales and leadership.  When one is in a position of leadership, it is always good to take a step back and self-reflect on themselves, their actions and their character (i.e. the person they are). Rather than trying to exhibit their authority as a boss/manager, sweeping issues under the carpet, acting rude/arrogant etc.

Bottomline – respect is earned through actions, and not demanded of!
